General cause of weakness may be anemia. Symptoms of weakness may be as follows- heartbur ns, abdominal pains, soreness in mouth, palpitation of heart. It is usually started in teenage years. It may caused due to self induced weight loss fasting, low food intake, excessive exercise etc. 11 home remedy for weaknessmay be used for eliminating weakness and some of them are as follows:

Mix one cup of beetroot juice, one cup of apple juice and honey and take this to prevent from anemia.

Mix one tablespoon of honey with a ripe banana which may be taken for two times in a day to prevent from weakness.
Mix apple with tomato juice and take it which can be fight against weakness

Lots of salad can also help you in weakness.

Honey is rich in iron, copper and manganese which increases the level of hemoglobin in the blood and may be taken to fight against weakness

Beets may be taken to cure in weakness its juice may contains calcium, potassium, sulphur, iodine, vitamin B1, B2, B6, C and P.
Drink peppermint tea which increases appetite.

The juice of sour grapes may be also taken.

Mix 1teaspoon of lime juice with equal amount of ginger juice. Mix 1 gram of rock salt to it and put this mixture in sunlight for three days and take this juice after meal which improves digestive system.

Apples can also be taken to improve digestion.

Boil 3 cloves of garlic in a cup of water and reinforced it with half lemon juice which may be taken twice daily.
